I love Costco, I’m a second generation Costco member! Costco is the best place to buy stuff! I’ve never had a bad experience at Costco. Until today. I bought a display TV for $1,000 and the staff were so nice. Until it was time for me to check out when this rude woman came and helped my cashier. Her name was Tish. At the checkout she was totally rude to me, dismissing me and telling me I’d need to “re-checkout” with my tv. I tried to improve her mood by telling her I liked her shirt and she just rolled her eyes (it was a cool horse shirt). Then she said she’d have an associate come out with me, originally it was a man (I bought an 85” tv so it was heavy) and then she recalled him and sent this tiny probably 19 year old girl. I have no ill feelings about her, but she struggled to help me lift this tv and the screen ended up breaking. I called Costco which should have incredible service as it usually does. I got on the phone with Kyle who was great, but when Tish took over the call she continued to be a total rude name that I will not say! Never have I been treated so poorly by a Costco employee. Costco is known for being great to customers! How can they allow this rude awful person

As a weekly Costco shopper I have learned that when you find something and you’re going to try it by two because it’s not guaranteed to be there in the next time you come in. I love our local store most people that work. There are extremely friendly if I had one knock it said there’s never enough boxes at the registers.

Now that they scan your orders while you're waiting in line and all you have to do is pay when you get to the register. Checking out here is extremely fast and easy. I love it! Don't forget to get a piece of pizza on your way out
